Now let us tell you about the role:

We are seeking a skilled IT Field Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in network management, PC repair, and printer maintenance. Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is a plus, though not mandatory as training will be provided. The role demands excellent troubleshooting skills and a dependable character. Familiarity with Hikvision CCTV systems is beneficial but not essential, as we offer comprehensive training for the right candidate.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain network systems, including routers, switches, and WiFi equipment.
Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting and repairs of PCs, laptops, and printers.
Understand basic PLC operations and assist in troubleshooting industrial automation systems.
Provide support and maintenance for Hikvision CCTV systems, with training provided as needed.
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, fixes, and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth functioning of all IT equipment and systems.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT field engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of networking principles and PC hardware repair.
Basic understanding of PLCs and industrial automation systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in IT, computer science, or related field is preferred.
