Now let us tell you about the role:


As a Retention Agent, you will play a pivotal role in re-establishing relationships with former customers.  You will be responsible for conducting Win back campaigns, understanding the reasons for churn, and crafting persuasive strategies to win back these customers. Your success will be measured by customer reactivation rates and customer retention rates.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Outreach: Contact former customers through various channels, including email and phone to initiate win back campaigns.
Churn Analysis: Investigate and understand the reasons for customer churn by conducting surveys, interviews, and data analysis. Document customer feedback and insights.
Tailored Messaging: Create personalised win back messages and offers that address the specific concerns or needs of each customer.
Negotiation and Persuasion: Engage with former customers, answer their questions, and negotiate terms to persuade them to reactivate their accounts.
Objection Handling: Address objections, concerns, and barriers to reactivation with empathy and professionalism.
Feedback Collection: Continuously gather feedback from former customers and share insights with the team leads to drive product improvements and
enhanced customer experience.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with former customers in the CRM system.
Monthly Targets: Achieve monthly targets consistently in terms of renewal rates and other productivity metrics in maximising revenue and minimising cancellations.


Requirements:


Prior experience in sales role is a distinct advantage.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to empathise with customer concerns and find effective solutions.
A customer centric mindset and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Experience in the waste industry an advantage but not essential.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages.
Fluency in English is essential.
