Panda Recycling is seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Agent/ Telesales Representative to join our team. As a Telesales Representative/Agent, you will play a key role in attracting new business, converting inbound sales, and winning back customers. This position requires both inbound and outbound sales experience, strong proficiency in MS Office, and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Handle both inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets.
  • Utilise MS Office tools effectively to manage customer data, sales leads, and reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
  • Proactively engage with potential customers to promote Panda Recycling's services.
  • Implement strategies to win back former customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for business development and growth.
Requirements
  •  Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new sales techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to commute or willingness to relocate to Millennium Park.
  • Solid outbound sales experience (Coldcalling).
  • Excellent English language skills
