About the Role

The Role 

Business Development Executive – Field Sales 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by establishing and building relationships with developers and promoters. 
  • Promoting and upselling the newest range of services
  • Accurately document sales interactions and maintain organized records of leads, sales, and customer information
  • Conduct regular site visits to build relationships with site managers on new developments. 
  • Collaborate closely with Panda’s commercial construction team to enhance and utilize existing commercial relationships, helping to expand Panda’s domestic service offerings. 
  • Promote Panda brand and services including discounted offers and benefits of Panda
  • Achieve weekly, monthly & yearly sales targets set out by management.

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience in sales, business development, or project management, ideally within the construction or waste management sectors. 
  • Proven ability to work with developers and manage multiple stakeholder relationships. 
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and waste management solutions. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own territory. 
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel within the specified regions. 
  • Safe Pass required for site visits and working on new development sites (we will provide this training)
