About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated HGV Class 2 (Category C) Driver to join Panda Recycling, Ireland’s largest waste management business. We’re a proud member of the Beauparc Group and we’re looking for a reliable professional to join our team at the Dundalk depot (A91 X058).

In this role, you’ll collect and transport waste materials using Class 2 vehicles and play a key part in our safe, efficient daily operations.

Key Benefits & Compensation
  •  Pay: €18.00 per hour.
  •  Overtime: €18.50 per hour after 42.5 hours per week.
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with early starts between 4am and 7am (role-dependent).
  • Weekends: Occasional weekend work (rarely).
  • Breaks: One paid break per day.
  • Stability: Work with Ireland’s largest waste management business (Beauparc Group).
Your Responsibilities
  •  Carry out daily and weekly vehicle checks and report defects.
  •  Complete scheduled collections and deliveries safely and on time.
  • Keep accurate electronic and written records.
  • Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures.
  • Communicate clearly with the office/dispatch to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For
  •  At least 2 years of professional HGV driving experience.
  •  A clean and valid Category C licence.
  • A current Digital Tachograph Card and Driver CPC qualification.
  • You must be 25+ for insurance purposes.
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and a strong communicator; comfortable with early starts.
