About the Role

Credit Control Administrator

The Role

As a Credit Control Administrator at Panda, you’ll play an important role in keeping customer accounts accurate, up to date and well managed.

This is a hands-on finance role where communication, attention to detail and follow-up really matter. You’ll manage your own group of accounts, contact customers about outstanding payments, resolve queries, support reporting, and work closely with colleagues across Admin, Sales and Finance to keep things moving.

The Credit Control Administrator role would suit someone with previous accounts or credit control experience who enjoys working with detail, speaking to customers, and taking ownership of their workload in a busy finance environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and keeping records accurate and up to date
  • Contacting customers regarding outstanding payments and agreeing next steps
  • Responding to customer queries and working with Admin and Sales teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Producing weekly and monthly Accounts Receivable reports
  • Issuing monthly customer statements
  • Supporting the approval of new accounts, including requesting credit reports where needed
  • Placing accounts on credit hold in line with process and business requirements
  • Supporting the wider Accounts team with reporting, follow-up and general credit control activity
  • Carrying out any other duties required by the Credit Control Supervisor

About You

You’ll bring strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the confidence to deal with customers in a professional way. You’ll be comfortable working to deadlines, prioritising your workload and supporting the wider team to deliver accurate, timely results.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • At least 2 years’ previous experience in an Accounts department
  • Good analytical ability, gained through work experience, study or a combination of both
  • Strong computer literacy and confidence working with reports and financial information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional and pleasant telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A deadline-focused approach with good attention to detail
  • The ability to work well as part of a cross-functional team
  • A positive, flexible approach and willingness to support others
  • Experience using AMCS Elemos would be an advantage

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a Credit Control Administrator role where they can build their finance experience, support customers and contribute to a team that values accuracy, accountability and working together to get the right outcome.
