Class 2 Driver

We are looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join our Leeds team, operating skip and RoRo vehicles across the local area. This is a hands-on role for a driver who takes pride in safe driving, good customer service, and keeping their vehicle to a high standard.

What you’ll be doing

• Operating HGV Class 2 skip and RoRo vehicles safely and efficiently
• Delivering, exchanging and collecting containers across customer sites
• Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects promptly
• Using handheld or tablet-based systems to complete job and vehicle records
• Working safely at all times and following site, transport and road regulations
• Providing a professional and helpful service to customers on site
• Supporting the wider transport and depot team as needed

What we’re looking for

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
• Previous experience driving skip, RoRo, hookloader or similar vehicles is preferred
• Good understanding of driver compliance, vehicle safety and daily defect checks
• A reliable, professional approach with strong safety standards
• Good communication skills and a practical, customer-focused attitude
• Flexibility to support operational needs, including varied shifts where required
