Responsibilities:

  • Build and establish relationships with new customers.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets set out by management.
  • High level of knowledge about existing products and services, and what Panda provides to all new customers.
  • Follow up on all new customers as necessary to make sure new customer accounts are set up and to get satisfaction feedback after a few days.
  • Anticipate the needs of all new customers and address them accordingly.
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle of all residential customers.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with sales software and CRM
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales
  • 1+ years of experience in the waste industry, but not essential
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards
  • Confident and charismatic approach to customers.

Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
