We’re looking for an organised, positive and customer-focused Receptionist – CVRT Test Centre to join our busy team in Ballymount, D12.

This is a key front-of-house role where you’ll be at the heart of daily operations, welcoming customers, coordinating bookings and helping ensure the CVRT Test Centre runs smoothly and efficiently.

As a Receptionist – CVRT Test Centre at Panda, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, trade clients and visitors. You’ll play an important role in creating a professional, helpful and welcoming experience while keeping administration, bookings and payments well managed.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Receptionist – CVRT Test Centre, you’ll support the smooth running of the reception, booking and administration function.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers by phone, email and in person
  • Welcoming customers and trade clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Scheduling CVRT tests, vehicle services and repairs
  • Answering customer queries and providing clear, helpful information
  • Maintaining accurate records of vehicle inspections and customer bookings
  • Managing filing systems and keeping office administration up to date
  • Processing invoices, payments and customer billing queries
  • Handling cash and card payments accurately where required
  • Keeping the reception area tidy, organised and welcoming
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Recommending relevant services, parts or accessories to customers where appropriate
  • Helping ensure the CVRT Test Centre operates efficiently throughout the day

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is confident dealing with customers, well organised and comfortable working in a busy environment.

You’ll need:

  • A friendly, approachable manner and strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence managing multiple tasks at the same time
  • Basic computer skills and experience using booking or administration systems
  • A professional and helpful approach to customer service
  • The ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience processing invoices, payments or handling cash would be preferred
  • An interest in the motor industry would be beneficial, but is not essential
